The brand’s creator and CEO, Jean Williams, is currently planning launches in Nigeria and the United Kingdom before the end of 2013.

ACCRA, Ghana (March 6, 2013)- Kansas, USA based hair care company, Jean’s Green, No Lie (Lye), Natural Hair Care Line, will be making its first, physical international presence in Accra, Ghana. The event is scheduled to take place Friday, March 15, 2013 at the popular Kenzo’s Place Trendsetter Barber and Beauty Salon in Accra.

The event will be co-hosted by Jean’s Green Brand Ambassador and fresh face, Brycee Adiah Bassey, and the Kenzo’s Place team. The event will be an interactive, educational event where guests can learn more about the Jean’s Green product line, healthy hair care, and the opportunity to interact with Brycee Bassey and tour Kenzo’s Place salon.

In a few short weeks, Jean’s Green will be celebrating its third anniversary and is proud to announce that the business has been growing by leaps and bounds, primarily due to the shift from chemically treated hair to natural hair. Jean’s Green prides itself on the use of natural ingredients for all products, and more importantly the company places heavy emphasis on the fact that it is possible to have and maintain a healthy head of hair without the use of harsh chemicals. Another plus to Jean’s Green products is that men, women, children of any ethnicity and hair type are able to use the product with ease.

In addition to hosting this event with Kenzo’s Place, Brycee Bassey is set to make her debut on the Nollywood scene in upcoming film producer’s, Elizabeth Daniels, second film project. Elizabeth Daniels is the woman behind the 2012 hit film, Behind the Melody (can be viewed on Irokotv.com) starring Jim Iyke, Ini Edo and Elizabeth Daniels herself.  Elizabeth’s second project is set to start production within the next few months and Behind the Melody will be available on DVD this month.

    So inefficient and money wasting to hire a chick from Yankee to promote a product. Wonder how much she was paid to do this. Why can’t we hire beautiful Ghanian girls from OUR own country to do this who are jobless and would charge much much less? So disappointing.
